Auction of an exceptional Kelly bag on the occasion of the 75th CRM gala

The Walanpatrias Foundation supports the victims of Storm Alex

Published on 27.10.2020

Monaco, 23/10/2020

On Tuesday 20th October, the Monaco Red Cross, represented by its Secretary General Frédéric Platini, its treasurer Bettina Ragazzoni and Danielle Cottalorda, Head of Communication, welcomed to its premises the Walanpatrias Foundation, who handed over a generous cheque amounting to USD 100,000 to the organisation, following the appeal launched in aid of the victims of the valleys hit by Storm Alex.

These funds will be added to the € 81,000 already collected by the Monaco Red Cross thanks to the surge of solidarity displayed by those responding to the appeal and to the € 100,000 released by the Red Cross. The Monaco Red Cross social services, in cooperation with the French departmental social services who are currently assessing the needs of the victims, will be able to provide them with the appropriate support.
