Covid-19: Barclays’ generous donation to the Monaco Red Cross

Toward the end of last year, the Monaco Red Cross received a donation from Barclays as part of its £100m Covid-19 Community Aid Package.
Barclays £100m COVID-19 Community Aid Package is supporting charities that are helping vulnerable people impacted by COVID-19, and the associated social and economic hardship caused by the crisis. Alongside matching colleague donations and fundraising efforts, Barclays are partnering with a number of charities in the UK, Americas, Asia and Europe, delivering help where it is needed most.
With the second wave of coronavirus hitting Europe, this amount will enable the Monaco Red Cross to continue its prevention and relief activities for people affected by the COVID-19 crisis: support to the Principality’s COVID-19 call Center, home monitoring and deliveries, training of healthcare workers, distribution of personal protective equipment, awareness raising and social support for the most vulnerable people.
The Monaco Red Cross warmly thanks Barclays for their generous donation.
