The Monaco Red Cross leads various local projects in Monaco, supporting the most vulnerable through social actions and awareness initiatives. Active in first aid and present with children and the elderly, it strengthens solidarity and social ties in the Principality.

Intergenerational connection

In recent years, a range of initiatives have been introduced to strengthen intergenerational ties, particularly through friendly get-togethers such as shared lunches, which help break the isolation of older people and support their social inclusion.  

Women’s rights

The Monaco Red Cross is actively involved in combating violence against women and promoting gender equality. Patient support services

The Patient Support Services Section of the Monaco Red Cross provides ongoing care, with particular attention given to unwell residents in long-term care.  

Care homes

Volunteers from the Monaco Red Cross provide year-round support and companionship to residents of the Principality’s care homes. They organise a wide range of activities and make regular visits to brighten the residents’ daily lives, including birthday celebrations.  

Social and Cultural outings
