On Friday, 10th October 2025, Ms Mirjana Spoljaric, President of the International Committee of the Red Cross and Red Crescent (ICRC), accompanied by Mr Olivier Ray, Director of MMP (Mobilisation, Movement and Partnerships), and Ms Clare Cameron, Chief of Staff to the President, paid an official visit to Monaco.
